- Bunkhouse (detached) containing 4 double bunks with access to two toilets and two showers.
- Double sofa bed in living room with access to toilet/sink.
Kitchen:
Large commercial standard kitchen with polished concrete floor and in floor heating. Plates, glasses and cutlery for 25. (microwave, dishwasher and food processor)
Living room/ Dining room:
Formerly the school room, this large room (10m X 6m) contains a kauri pine dining table for 10/12, jetmaster open fireplace, TV, DVD, CD and comfortable sofas.
Outdoors:
- Splendid courtyard with outdoor table under grape covered pergola
- Plexipave tennis court with lights.
- Large rustic cubby house and swing.
- Sandpit.
- Level lawn for outdoor games.

property last weekend. It was absolutely perfect. Your setup there is
fantastic and the tennis court was a real winner with all the kids. We
even managed to sit all 16 of us at the courtyard table. We can't wait
to go back some time."

"Thankyou for opening your School House for us for the June long
weekend, we had a ball. Your faith in people is fantastic. I have rented
some places in the past but the School House takes the cake as the best
equipped kitchen ever. On Saturday night we all dressed in school
clothes and became students again and my husband and I (being the
Headmaster and Deputy) set them an exam on local knowledge (I have left
a copy in the folder in the kitchen). We are all in our 50s so you can
imagine the scene."

We had the most wonderful few days away at your beautiful house. It was
far bigger and more beautifully appointed than we expected. Perfect for
the children and the river was great. How lucky you are to have such an
historic place. As 6 of the 8 adults are teachers we loved all the
documents and photographs on the walls. We would love to go back."
